Refund policy

Due to the hand-making and customization of our products, we do not offer returns. However, we can offer an exchange for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. To exchange an eligible item purchased online, simply reach out to us at coastalboutiquemn@gmail.com. Shipping charges may apply to your new order. 

Please allow up to 15 business days from when we receive your exchange to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays.
